Why Ninety nine percent fail Physics

There are two main reasons why students fail physics:

1.They learn from wrong teachers

2. They are not inspired

Why no.2

Because 99.99% out of 100% students have never owned a scientific book of their favorite scientists. Say, Albert Einstein, Sir Isaac Newton etc.

Note: No one has ever achieved greatness without standing on shoulders of giants.

Why:

Because these books are scarce and expensive.

You will never find one from your local library.

Those who have them don't lend

Solution:

That is the main reason why we have decided to offer these books almost free from $0.99 to $6

We are doing this to inspire students from high school to University and Phd to pass physics

How can I create my own theory of gravitation? Currently, I'm using differential equation

For starters, identify the problem that you wish to solve. Is it, e.g., galaxy rotation curves? The failure to detect dark matter/dark energy? The cosmological constant problem? Something else?

Second, identify your playground. Are you looking for a classical theory of gravitation, presumably an extension of Einstein’s theory of relativity? If so, would your theory respect, e.g., conservation laws or the weak equivalence principle? Or is your playground quantum physics and you’re looking for a quantum (field) theory of gravitation?

Third, identify the constraints. Existing theory works very well in most scenarios, and has been tested exquisitely well in some. Whatever modified theory of gravitation you come up with, it has to reproduce those successes in addition to its own claims.

Now notice that I have not said anything yet about the mathematical machinery. That would be putting the cart before a horse. Would you ever call a plumber to please, “do something with a wrench”? Or a car mechanic to please, do some screwdrivering? Of course not. You tell them what the job is. The job defines the tools, not the other way around.

Having said that, a pretty universal tool in the theorist’s toolchest is variational calculus and the principle of least action. Learn how to use these tools in the case of four dimensions, and in the case of a field theory. Understand what an expression like S=(16πG)1d4x(R+2Λ)g means, why the terms are there, what they do, and how varying this equation with respect to gμν leads to Einstein’s vacuum field equations. Understand what current modified theories do: e.g., scalar-tensor theories, f(R) theories, theories involving unit or arbitrary vector fields, etc. Understand why people tried these approaches and why they were not altogether successful.

Though it’s more than half a century old, recommended reading would be Feynman’s Lectures on Gravitation. That book provides an approach that is different from the usual perspective: instead of presenting gravitation as a theory of 4-dimensional geometry, Feynman approaches it from a particle physicist’s perspective. From it you learn why it is not viable to use anything less than a tensor (or spin-2) theory to describe gravitational phenomena. With that and a bit of grounding in quantum field theory, including non-Abelian gauge theories, you may be ready to take the plunge and study quantum field theory on a curved background, and think about why gravitation is special. Also, why it resists attempts to be “tamed” by way of renormalization.

At this point, mind you, you’d no longer be asking random strangers on Quora how you could create a theory of gravitation. You’d probably have informed ideas of your own.

From School Library Journal

Celebrity scientist Tyson's profound intellect is matched by his charm and wit. In this slim title, he attempts to explain some of the most complex astrophysics concepts in layman's terms. Readers should be prepared for a challenging yet edifying experience from the get-go: "In the beginning…all the space and all the matter and all the energy of the known universe was contained in a volume less than one-trillionth the size of the period that ends this sentence." Tyson riffs on topics such as gravity, the speed and makeup of light, the shape of space, and dark matter, maintaining as chatty a tone as possible as he tries to make these important principles comprehensible to the uninitiated. VERDICT Likely to resonate the most with those with a scientific bent, but Tyson's pop culture appeal expands the audience somewhat.—Jamie Watson, Baltimore County Public Library

Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy by Sir Isaac Newton

It was Isaac Newton's Principia that founded the law of universal gravitation on 5th July 1687. It is the same principia that inspired Albert Einstein into formulating the Einstein field equations (the general relativity theory). It is still the same principia, I believe, will lead us to the quantum theory of gravity (Quantum gravity)

According to Newton’s Principia, the force of gravity governs the movement of bodies in the solar system. It is this simple mathematical law which determines the motion of bodies. The force of gravity accurately predicts the planetary orbits, it was used to put the first man on the moon, it predicts the return of comets, the rotation of galaxies, the solar eclipses, artificial satellites, satellite communications and television, the GPS and interplanetary probes. I almost forgot, it is why NASA was established in the first place.

The major Unsolved problem in Physics

Our two foundational descriptions of nature, quantum mechanics and general relativity, are incompatible with each other.
When this conflict is resolved, a different view of reality may emerge that unifies matter, space, and time.

Cosmological observations are providing additional clues that our understanding of reality is in need of drastic modification.

Only 4% of the Universe energy content is known

23% is in the form of some unknown dark matter

73% is in the form of an unknown dark energy that is accelerating the expansion of the universe

The fundamental questions every physicist must answer:

1)What is the dark matter?
2)What is the nature of the dark energy?
3)How did the universe begin?
4)Did Einstein have the last word on gravity?
5)What are the masses of neutrinos and how have they shaped the evolution of the Universe?
6)Are protons unstable?
7)Are there new states of matter at exceedingly high density and temperature?
8)Are there additional space time dimensions?
9)How were the elements from iron to uranium made?
10)Is a new theory of matter and light needed at the highest energies?

In pursuing our quest to solve the above given fundamental questions in physics this book will:

1)Fulfill the innate Human desire to understand our place in the universe
2)Build the foundations for tomorrow’s breakthrough technologies
3)Unite Quantum mechanics with General relativity into a Quantum theory of gravity.

My Inventions: The Autobiography of Nikola Tesla

Nikola Tesla has been called the most important man of the twentieth century. Certainly, he contributed more to the field of electricity, radio, and television than any other person living or dead. Ultimately he died alone and impoverished having driven all of his friends away through his neurotic and eccentric behavior. Tesla was never able to fit into the world that he found himself in. This autobiography, originally serialized in 'Electrical Experimenter', is an intensely fascinating glimpse into the mind of a genius, his inventions, and the magical world in which he lived. A Dynamical Theory of the Electromagnetic Field by James Clerk Maxwell

In 1865 James Clerk Maxwell (1831 - 1879) published this work, "A Dynamical Theory of the Electromagnetic Field" demonstrating that electric and magnetic fields travel through space as waves moving at the speed of light. He proposed that light is an undulation in the same medium that is the cause of electric and magnetic phenomena. The unification of light and electrical phenomena led him to predict the existence of radio waves. Maxwell is also regarded as the founding scientist of the modern field of electrical engineering.

His discoveries helped usher in the era of modern physics, laying the foundation for such fields as special relativity and quantum mechanics. Many physicists regard Maxwell as the 19th-century scientist having the greatest influence on 20th-century physics.

His contributions to physics are considered by many to be of the same magnitude as the ones of Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein. In this original treatise Maxwell introduces the best of his mind in seven parts, to include:

PART I.—INTRODUCTORY.
PART II. – ON ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION.
PART III. – GENERAL EQUATIONS OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD.
PART IV.— MECHANICAL ACTIONS IN THE FIELD.
PART V. — THEORY OF CONDENSERS.
PART VI. — ELECTROMAGNETIC THEORY OF LIGHT.
PART VII. — CALCULATION OF THE COEFFICIENTS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION.

The Need For Quantum Gravity

This lecture is part of the introduction I gave on quantum gravity in a nutshell1. Today i am lecturing about the need for quantum gravity. Why do we need quantum gravity if both quantum mechanics and Einstein general relativity have passed every test?

Unsolved Problems in Physics According to Lee Smolin

  1. The problem of quantum gravity: Combine general relativity and quantum theory  into a single theory that can claim to be the complete theory of nature.
  2. The foundational problems of quantum mechanics: Resolve the problems in the foundations of quantum mechanics, either by making sense of the theory as it stands or by inventing a new theory that does make sense.
  3. The unification of particles and forces: Determine whether or not the various particles and forces can be unified in a theory that explains them all as manifestations of a single, fundamental entity.
  4. The tuning problem: Explain how the values of the free constants in the standard model of particle physics are chosen in nature.
  5. The problem of cosmological mysteries: Explain dark matter and dark energy.Or, if they don't exist, determine how and why gravity is modified on large scales. More generally, explain why the constants of the standard model of cosmology, including the dark energy, have the values they do.

A Complete Series for Think Physics

PART ONE of Think Physics series: Using a logical approach, Balungi resolves the proton radius puzzle for you.

PART 2 of Think Physics series; Using a logical approach, Balungi proves that gravity is as a result of the Casimir effect caused by Vacuum Polarization. The force of gravity is derived from first principles. Newton’s law of Gravity is nolonger a Fundamental law. Gravity is therefore Casimir as this book explains.

PART 3 of Think Physics series; Using a logical approach, Balungi presents various approaches that led to the value of the deflection angle of light at the Sun’s surface since Newton’s time. He explains the cause of the irreducible anomaly in the observations of the deflection of light by the sun. Finally he recovers Einstein value of the deflection angle using Extra dimensions and gives us a reason to Re-think Gravity.

PART 4 of Think Physics series; Using a logical approach, Balungi invents a new theory of gravity. Balungi solves three of the most pressing problems in modern physics and cosmology. Because his modified gravity theory has stronger gravity than the standard model, it does away entirely with the need for exotic dark matter. It also explains the origin of the dark energy. Moreover, his theory has no vexing singularities.

Through the mathematics of the theory, he reveals the universe to be a different kind of place perhaps even a more straightforward and sensible place than we have been led to believe. His theory contains a new force in nature, a fifth force similar in strength to gravity. It makes its presence known beyond the solar system, in the motions of stars in galaxies, clusters of galaxies, and in the large-scale structure of the universe which is to say, in the entire universe.

PART 5 of Think Physics series; Using a logical approach, Balungi discovers the volume entropy law of a Black hole in contrast with the Bekenstein-Hawking Area entropy law. This study is important for those pursuing a holographic universe.

PART 6 of Think Physics series; Using a logical approach, Balungi resolves the space time singularities that plague the Einstein general relativity theory. He also goes on to resolve the information loss paradox in Hawking’s Black hole radiation theory. For this and his previous work he has been nominated for a Nobel Prize in physics.

PART 7 of Think Physics series; Balungi introduces a new approach to the quantum theory. Using his thought experiment, he explains physics from Maxwell electromagnetism to the photoelectric effect, and finally the Bohr model of the Hydrogen atom all coming from his particle duality model.

PART 8 of Think Physics series; Using a logical approach, Balungi creates a quantum theory of gravity and later recovers the thermodynamic laws of Black holes from first principles.

PART 9 of Think Physics series; Using a logical approach, Balungi proves theoretically that the end stage in the evolution of a star can only be that of the black hole with a mass 9.54×10^13Kg and size 2.53×10^14m in contrast with the Chandrasekhar observations.

Find my Purpose

I never intended to write about this book 'The Origin of Gravity and the Laws of Physics' but since it is connected to the origin of something we are all familiar with, then it becomes a good adventure that I think every one will use to find out his purpose driven life.

*Just as you have an origin so does gravity
* You have a purpose in this world so does gravity.

Like you,I once believed that gravity was a fundamental force. But the good thing is this, once I found out the purpose of gravity, I also discovered its origin.

Once one finds out his purpose in this world he also finds his creator.

There is no clear process to finding out ones purpose but the best is to ask it from the creator because he is the one who knows why he created you in the first place.

Gravity has an origin and to find its purpose we have to ask it from an one equation (a grand underlying principle). Therefore there must be an equation from which gravity originated. This equation will explain whatever gravity does and this will be easier for you to understand.

I'm asking you to find my purpose through this book and once you do that, you will surley find the purpose of gravity. Thanks.

What is Dark Matter?

#According to Newton, gravity is a Force of attraction between any two masses

#According to Einstein gravity is as a result of the curvature of space and time

#According to me and others gravity is a result of the casmir effect due to quantum vacuum fluctuations

#The problem: Newton and Einstein gravity cannot describe the motion of the outermost stars and gas in galaxies

#To save Einstein's and Newton's theories, many physicists and astronomers have postulated that there must exists large amount of dark matter in galaxies and also clusters of galaxies that could strengthen the pull of gravity and lead to an agreement of the theories with data.

#Is dark matter responsible for differences in observed and theoretical speed of stars revolving around the centre of galaxies, or is it something else?

•First: From page 80-86 and 134-150 we show that gravity is not a force but an emergent property that can be deduced from other alternatives.

•From page 156-160 we show that the observed flat rotation curves are what they are because of our newly discovered Fifth force.

• From pages 92-104 and 273-276 we show that dark matter is a particle of a mass close to Planck mass relics (or primordial black holes) which remain whenever a black hole evaporates or quantum black holes formed in the early universe after the big bang.

From the beginning we have been showing you how you can solve quantum gravity and we have pointed out some points where general relativity breaks down. We said that, we can only solve quantum gravity by solving problems where gravity or general relativity fails. We have sofar delt with; the singularity problem and dark matter. Now in the next issue we shall see how you can quantize gravity.

However you can skip this and read more from this bestselling book on quantum gravity

Singularity Resolution in Quantum Gravity

The appearance of singularities in any physical theory is an indication that either something is wrong or we need to reformulate the theory itself. Singularities are like dividing something by zero. General relativity is one of those theories plagued by singularities and this problem is in existence because GR deals with universes that are zero in size (infinite densities). However, quantum mechanics suggests that there may be no such thing in nature as a point in spacetime, implying that space time is always smeared out occupying some minimum region. There fore we need a unification of Quantum mechanics with General relativity to resolve the singularity problem.

In Quantum Gravity in a Nutshell1  I give out several solutions to the singularity problem. These are outlined below;

1. Evidence for Planck stars
2. Evidence for Maximal acceleration and
3. Minimal length

You can learn more from page7 up to page 35 of my book Quantum Gravity in a Nutshell1
